If a family member is seriously ill or about to be admitted to hospital for a serious operation you can request that they receive the anointing of the Sacrament of the Sick. Simply contact the priest to arrange a home visit, or, if in hospital, request a visit from the hospital by approaching the Ward Staff Nurse.
If you are admitted to the Hospital and wish to be visited by a chaplain with Communion, you can contact the parish directly or ask the Ward Staff Nurse.
